State Sovereignty
HISTORY WAS MADE IN OUR STATE!
On May 13,
2010 the Ohio Ballot Board APPROVED, the State Sovereignty Amendment put forth by the
People's Constitution Coalition of Ohio.
If passed, this Amendment will stop ALL unconstitutional federal
mandates (e.g., obamacare) from being forced upon Ohio citizens, will allow Ohio
citizens to recall their federally elected officials and MUCH MORE.

The Coalition must collect 400,000 qualified signatures to have this Amendment placed on the November
2011 ballot.
The Coalition has worked hard to bring this Amendment to the
